Joy Shing Laminated Safety Glass is produced with two or more layers of clear float glass “sandwiched” together with a clear or color PVB inter layer.After a special high-temperature pre-pressing (or vacuum) and high-temperature and high-pressure process, the glass and the interlayer are made permanent.
Even if the laminated glass breaks, the fragments will be stuck to the film, and the surface of the broken glass will remain clean and smooth. This effectively prevents splinter puncture and penetration fall events.At the same thickness, compared with ordinary glass, laminated glass has higher impact resistance, sound insulation, explosion-proof and other characteristics.
